Digital Package Features

Digital package holders have an exclusive opportunity to connect with a targeted audience through our emails and ecommerce website. Learn more about what’s included in your campaigns, and add on more digital ads and emails to reach a wider audience.

These features are ONLY available to suppliers who have purchased digital packages.

Billboard Ad: $1,500

Put your brand front and center by occupying the largest ad space on our ecommerce homepages.

Sponsored Search Term: $1,000 per term

There are over 512K searches each month on our ecommerce website. By owning an item-specific search term, you can get your products to the top of our search results pages.

National Account Operator Emails: $5,000

Get in touch with up to 1,600 hard-to-reach operators through an extra targeted email and digest email spotlight. Your content must be used to offer samples, promote trending products, or generate menu ideas. Content is subject to approval.

NEW Innovations Email: $1,000

At an extra cost, use one of the emails available in your package to secure a send date right before or after Innovations 2022, which will take place Apr. 27-29. By reaching out to distributors on a coveted send date close to our show, you can either drive traffic to your booth or follow up with them after meeting in person.

Boost your marketing ROI by sending an additional targeted email to 4,000 hard-to-reach distributor sales representatives (DSRs). Use this opportunity to promote new products or operator rebates.

NEW Social Media Content: $1,500

It’s hard to overstate the power of social media. 84 percent of C-level and VP-level buyers are influenced by social media as they make purchasing decisions. By promoting your products on our social media channels, you can reach thousands of Dot Foods customers. With this new feature, you can share your products with over 24,000 followers across Dot Foods social media channels.

Want early access? Sign up for our Product Marketing 2022 program before the new year for an offer to create a social media post in 2021 at a reduced price. Only five posts available for 2021.

Telemarketing: $4,000 per 50 quality calls

This isn’t your average telemarketing campaign. After our team calls your target audience, they will send you a list of 50 quality distributor contacts and valuable feedback for you to use to develop your business strategies.

For the first time, Dot will help you conduct marketing research through our telemarketing campaign. You can also use our telemarketing services to offer samples, sell products, or promote a new product launch. 


NEW Innovations Telemarketing 

Add value to your Innovations experience by targeting calls to leads generated at our trade show. 

  • Limited availability.
  • Calls will take place within six weeks after the show.


To help drum up more business, work with our team to send samples to your telemarketing audience. Each campaign generates an average of 16.5 requests for samples.

Culinary Cuts Video: $10,000

If video isn’t part of your marketing strategy, it should be. 50 percent of online users search for product videos before making a purchase.

Dot can help you create quality video content. Enjoy a fun day of filming at our Culinary Innovation Center in Mt. Sterling, Illinois. There, professional videographers will film two videos of your chef preparing a step-by-step recipe.

Digest Email Spotlight: $750

Have your products spotlighted at the heart of foodservice news. Distributors count on our weekly digest email to discover new suppliers and products. 

Work with your marketing specialist to target send lists to ensure your content gets in front of your most important audience.

    In the digital age, a postcard adds a memorable, personal touch to your marketing strategy. Dot will work with you to design and distribute a co-branded postcard. 

    You can use your postcard to communicate a variety of messages, including a new product launch, promotions, and seasonal items.

    • 6 x 9 co-branded postcards.
    • A targeted mailing list.
    • Designed by our in-house creative team.
    • Approximate printing, mailing, and postage for 1,000 postcards is $1,000. The number of postcards sent depends on the size of the mailing list.

    Mt. Sterling Sales Training: Coming Soon

    Present your products to about 150 Dot customer sales representatives at our Mt. Sterling, Illinois headquarters. Educate our team about your products to make us better equipped to promote them.
